Our mission
To give every child a strong academic foundation and the confidence to use it kindly — reading well, thinking clearly, and treating other people properly.
About us
IntellActX began with a simple frustration: too many classrooms are organised around the timetable instead of the child. We built ours the other way round.
Our story
The school opened with a handful of classrooms and a decision we have never reversed: keep classes small enough that a teacher can name every child's strengths by the end of the first month.
That decision shapes everything else — how we timetable the day, how much marking a teacher carries home, how often parents hear from us. It is also the reason families tend to send their second and third children to us without being asked.
To give every child a strong academic foundation and the confidence to use it kindly — reading well, thinking clearly, and treating other people properly.
A school where children are known by name, challenged at the right level, and safe enough to make mistakes out loud — because that is how learning actually happens.
What we teach by
Values only mean something if children see them in action. These are the ones our teachers name out loud.
We notice when someone is left out, and we do something about it.
Questions are welcome. “I do not know yet” is a good answer, not a failure.
We praise the work, not only the result, and we say so in front of the class.
For each other, for staff, for the campus, and for the families who trust us.
Leadership
Ask for any of them at the school office. You do not need an appointment to raise something about your child.
Leads teaching and learning, meets every new family, and is accountable for every child-protection decision at the school.
Runs the pre-primary years and is the person to speak to about settling in, tiredness, or separation worries.
Keeps the curriculum aligned across grades, supports new teachers, and reviews how each class is progressing every term.
Recognition
Certificates are kept at the school office. Any parent may ask to see them.
[Affiliation board and registration number]
Our child-protection policy is reviewed every year and every staff member is trained on it.
Qualification and background records are maintained for every teacher and support staff member.
