Privacy policy

What we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short sentences, no loopholes.

Last updated: [date]

This page is a starting point written in plain language. Please have it reviewed against the local data-protection law and your school's own records before publishing, and add your official postal address and contact details.

Who we are

IntellActX (“the school”, “we”) runs the campuses listed on the Campuses page. The school office is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@intellactx.com or by phone on +91 00000 00000.

What we collect

When you use a form on this website, we collect only what the form asks for:

  • Your name, email address and phone number, so we can reply to you.
  • Your child's name and the grade you are asking about, when you use an admissions or visit form.
  • The campus you are interested in, and the subject you chose, so your message reaches the right person.
  • The message you write, which may include anything you choose to tell us.
  • The date and time the message was sent, and the page you sent it from.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, medical records or assessment reports on this website. Please bring those to the campus in person.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, arrange a campus visit, or process an application.
  • To contact you about your child's admission or, for current families, about school matters.
  • To keep a record of what we told you and when, so that you are not asked to repeat yourself.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or for any third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an admission are kept for one year and then deleted. Records for enrolled children are kept for as long as your child attends the school, and afterwards for the period required by education and tax rules. [Confirm retention periods you have approved]

Who we share it with

The school office and the campus you are contacting. We share personal information outside the school only when the law requires it, when it is necessary to protect a child, or with a supplier who is bound by contract to keep it confidential.

Children's information

Forms on this website should be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website, and we never publish a child's photograph, full name or class details without written consent from a parent or guardian.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which means your browser makes a request to those services in order to display the page. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated before it goes live. [Confirm which analytics, if any, you decide to use]

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you or your child.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete an enquiry that did not lead anywhere.
  • Stop contacting you about admissions, at any time, without giving a reason.

Email the school office and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, ask to speak to the principal.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. Current families will also be told in a notice on the Parent Hub.
