Teach somewhere you are trusted to teach

Small classes, planning time that actually exists, and a school office that answers teachers as quickly as it answers parents. We are always interested in good teachers.

Why work here

What we offer teachers

We would rather have a small, stable staff room than a large, revolving one. That shows up in the working conditions.

Training that is paid for

In-school training every month, plus subject workshops and child-protection training. Attendance counts as part of your working week, not your weekend.

A mentor in your first year

New teachers are paired with an experienced colleague, who observes your class and meets you weekly. Nobody is left to sink or swim.

Planning time in the day

Weekly common planning time is timetabled, and we keep marking expectations realistic. Good teaching needs thinking time.

Clear roles, fair pay

Your responsibilities and reporting line are written down on day one, and reviewed with you each year — including your salary review.
